    Senior manager of human resources, board member of various non-profits, and cofounder of several Hispanic employee associations, Eduardo has over 24 years of corporate experience in the area of human resources, management training and executive coaching for organizational leaders. His consultation areas include leadership development, diversity training, and strategic planning.

  • Francisco Hernandez

    Principal consultant of Talleres del Valle, Francisco has over 35 years experience in cross-cultural training and facilitation in English and Spanish to grassroots, community organizations, programs and boards in the US, Mexico, and Sweden. Originator of Razalogia, an approach for community learning and empowerment, he is often sought out for consultation and training involving culturally sensitive education and outreach strategies to diverse ethnic communities. He is skilled at delivering presentations simultaneously in Spanish and English.

  • Rebeca Mendoza

    Rebeca’s utilizes her multiple talents in mentoring, intuitive counseling, and ceremony facilitation to assist individuals and groups to connect with their purpose and power. These skills make her an excellent co-facilitator for many NWA trainings and often the perfect resource to assist persons to confront their blocks to personal success. Her present priority is providing intuitive counseling sessions. Rebeca is also a practicing attorney.

  • Rico Oyola-Quintana

    Rico is currently the Project Coordinator at the Equal Justice Society, a national progressive law and policy center. He has worked for the Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights; Kaiser Permanente; and the Chicano/Latino Policy Project at UC Berkeley. Rico has conducted leadership trainings for such organizations as the National Council of La Raza's Youth Leaders Program and InRoads Inc. His consultation areas include strategic planning & coalition design, leadership training, and organizational development for groups dedicated to advancing social justice.

  • Andrea Vargas-Mendoza

    Andrea’s passion is to assist students to develop their leadership skills and to succeed. She is currently chief presenter of NWA leadership and success training programs for high school and college students. Andrea is also a community outreach specialist, events planner, and highly recognized visual artist.
